RETURNS FOR STANDARD PRODUCTS (NOT FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS) WITHOUT QUALITY PROBLEM
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee for standard products without quality problems. The shipping fee depends on your location and the shipping company you choose.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS WITH QUALITY PROBLEMS
Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receiving day for products with quality problem.
We will be responsible for the shipping fee whatever the cost.
RETURNS FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS WITHOUT QUALITY PROBLEM
Please note custom products without quality problems cannot be returned since each customized portfolio is unique and can not be sold again. Please check your custom information carefully when purchasing.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
For any returns, please feel free to contact our customer service via email at [email protected] firstly. Our customer representative will reply to you within 24 hours and support how to do that.
Returns for standard products without quality problems, customers will be refunded what they have paid for the item within 7 days after we receive your returned item.
Returns standard products with quality problems, customers will be refunded what they have paid for the item and the return shipping fee within 7 days after we receive your returned item.
The original shipping fee is not refundable, we have the right to deduct the original shipping fee when making the refund after we receive your returned item.
